Our refund policy lasts only 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. The courses are eligible for a refund only if we receive your request within 24 hours of the date of purchase. When the refund is granted we will remove access to the “selected course” and 50% of the fees will be returned. The 50% of the fees would be charged by the company as a processing fee.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase alongside your request for refund. We will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, the procedure for refund will be initiated within three days and the amount will be deposited in your bank within 7 working days.
